Liquid Metal Acer comes with a bigger screen than the HTC Salsa. Acer Liquid Metal has a touch screen measuring 3.6 inches with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, while the HTC Salsa has a touch screen measuring 3.4 inches with a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels. Acer Liquid Metal offers better screen quality.
For the operating system, HTC Salsa been using Android 2.3 Gingerbread, while Acer Liquid Metal is still using Android 2.2 Froyo. For performance both have similar specifications. Acer Liquid Metal and HTC Salsa are both powered by a 800MHz processor with GPU support Adreno 205, 512MB RAM, and 512MB ROM. Both are also equipped with a microSD slot up to 32GB.
Acer Liquid Metal and HTC Salsa are both equipped with a 5 megapixel camera. Both are equipped with HD video recording capabilities. Unfortunately Acer Liquid Metal is not equipped with front camera, while the HTC Salsa is equipped with a front camera. For connectivity features and Acer Liquid Metal HTC Salsa are both equipped with features such as premises 3G HSDPA network support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n, Bluetooth, and GPS.
Acer Liquid Metal and HTC Salsa both have features that are similar, but the Acer Liquid Metal has a cheaper price tag compared to the HTC Salsa. Acer Liquid Metal offers a larger screen with a cheaper price, while offering Android HTC Salsa Gingerbread with front camera for video calls.
