Nokia E5 and Nokia E7 intended for a different range, the Nokia E5 is a mid-end smartphone, while the Nokia E7 is a high-end smartphones. Nokia E7 has a design larger and heavier (ie 176 grams), because it has a side-slider QWERTY keyboard design, while Nokia E5 only weighs 126 grams. Nokia E7 has a size of 123.7 x 62.4 x 13.6 mm, and Nokia E5 has size of 115 x 58.9 x 12.8 mm.
Nokia E7 has a capacitive touch screen measuring 4 inches with a resolution of 640 x 360 pixels, while Nokia E5 has a 2.4-inch screen size with 320 x 240 pixels. Nokia E5 and Nokia E7 both equipped with a battery capacity of 1200mAh. Nokia E5 and Nokia E7 are powered by ARM 11 processor but with a different clock, Nokia E7 using a 680MHz processor and Nokia E5 using a 600MHz processor.
Nokia E7 using the operating system Symbian ^ 3, while Nokia E5 still use the Symbian 9.3. Nokia E7 also equipped with 8 megapixel camera which can record 720p HD video, while Nokia E5 only has a 5 megapixel camera.
