Hitachi announced a strategic alliance with business software provider SAP AG. Collaboration includes integration of both technologies, technical support, development of interoperability center of competence as well as sales and marketing activities together.
In this agreement, Hitachi and SAP will strengthen the integration of cloud computing solutions, storage virtualization, corporate resource planning (enterprise resource planning - ERP) and information lifecycle management (information lifecycle management - ILM).
Thus, all companies under the Hitachi and SAP can provide the information required by global customers to get maximum value from the solution of both parties.
