Motorola XT316. This handset has a candybar shape with a QWERTY keyboard and touch screen measuring 2.8 inches QVGA resolution (320 x 240). XT316 Motorola to use Android OS 2.2 and later are being marketed with the Android 2.3 to the latest release that followed.

Motorola processors used is the Qualcomm MSM7227 XT316-1 with a speed of 600 Mhz with 256MB of RAM. Motorola XT316 also features a three megapixel fixed focus camera and without flash.
