Apple sues Samsung

Gadgets that we know as electronic accessories, and a complement of other electronic devices, are now entering into the legal world, "Apple Inc. sued Samsung Electronics Co" Apple considers that Samsung products to copy their products as "S 4G Galaxy" and "Nexus S," Galaxy Tab and tablet computers, and a similar lawsuit would be launched to Motorola and Samsung HTC after the legal case with samsung is finished.

This refers to the technology and design patents of apples issued by U.S. patent agency,lawsuit filed by Apple last Friday in U.S. District Court in Northern California, said that the Samsung smartphone, ("Galaxy S 4G" and "Nexus S," and tablet computers Galaxy Tab,), violating patents and trademarks of Apple. This case comes after the affairs of Apple with a small technology company, Mirror Worlds LLC, has completed ,from the court.

Samsung itself is the first major vendor who challenge Apple iPad with Galaxy Tab. They are also one of the largest Android handset manufacturers, with the Galaxy S and sold to millions of units worldwide.
