Task manager missing

with the times like now a lot of facilities that benefit available to us,,, but many also "disadvantageous",,, like a virus .. which is a human creation, and also develop according to age,,,

Now we will discuss about the task manager is missing some where probably because the virus ....
the steps,,
The first ... scan your computer with anti virus that has been updated ....
after that .. click Start-All programs-Run or press Windows + R
it will appear like this:

type 'regedit' ...and press enter..

it will appear like this.

follow the steps in the picture above ....
then click "remove task manager" ... then change it to "not configured".

but,, if you still can not ... select "remove task manager", click ok .. then select again "not configured" ..
then ok .... ,,,
