Youm is a flexible AMOLED display technology made by samsung. The screen is very thin so that it can be bent to look like waves. lighter and can not be solved.
Youm measuring 4.5 inches, has a thickness of less than 0.3 millimeters and equipped with a WVGA resolution of 800 × 480 pixels. Youm itself is made of four layers: polariser, encap, the organic layer and the TFT film.
The technology was first exhibited at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2011. and reported that Samsung had developed a flexible screen, but even LG was first released similar technology some time ago.
